In this workshop, Emmanuelle shares her nutritional advice with you, along with her hints and tips for successful everyday recipes that are both appetising and healthy.
The course takes place in two parts: a theoretical section 30 minutes long, followed by the practice with the creation of different dishes.
After three hours at the workshop you’ll leave with four or five dishes to taste at home!
